(n)"In this day and age with the laws and liabilities being what they are, most of us cringe at the mere mention of the words "Attorney" or "Legal Representation." This year I got pulled over for speeding 45 in a 35, the officer felt I should do some tests and then decided to arrest me for DUII. Peter J. Carini is NHTSA trained and qualified as an SFST (Standardized Field Sobriety Test) practitioner and instructor.  He has completed the NHTSA Drug Recognition Expert School and the Robert E.
